Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Address
We provide delivery services across Malaysia, including:
- West Malaysia
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan)
International shipping is currently not available.
2. Shipping Fees
To ensure transparent and reasonable shipping costs, we apply zone-based shipping rates:
West Malaysia: RM7
East Malaysia: RM18
※ The system will automatically calculate the final shipping fee based on the delivery address provided at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, we will process and pack your items within 2–3 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
4. Delivery time
- West Malaysia: Estimated 2–5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions, festive seasons, or courier operational delays.
5. Shipping Couriers
We currently ship orders using:
- Ninja Van
- EasyParcel (Logistics Aggregator Platform)
For shipments processed via EasyParcel, the courier will be automatically selected from their partnered delivery providers (e.g., Pos Laju, DHL eCommerce, J&T Express, etc.) based on destination, parcel size, and delivery efficiency.
The courier assigned to your parcel may vary depending on availability and logistic requirements.
6. Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
You may check the delivery status anytime through the courier’s official tracking page.
7. Failed Delivery / Address Issues
A delivery may fail due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Unavailable recipient
- Recipient not reachable for an extended period
In such cases, the parcel may be returned to us, and additional reshipping fees may apply. These charges will be borne by the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcel
If your item arrives damaged or your parcel is lost, please contact us within 48 hours with the following information:
- Order number
- Photos of the parcel exterior
- Photos of the damaged items
We will assist in submitting a claim to the courier service.
