If you receive a defective or incorrect product, kindly ensure it remains unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The item must be returned within 7 working days upon receipt — delayed returns will not be accepted.

Day 1–2: Mix 20% of Twissk with 80% of your pet’s current food

Day 3–4: Mix 50% of Twissk with 50% of your pet’s current food

Day 5–6: Mix 75% of Twissk with 25% of your pet’s current food
