All prices are stated in RM (Malaysian Ringgit). Orders are only processed once payment is successfully received.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within 3 working days. Estimated delivery time:
- West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
- East Malaysia: 3–7 working days
Shipping fees:
- RM8 (West Malaysia)
- RM20 (East Malaysia)
- Free shipping above RM99 (WM) / RM188 (EM)
Delivery delays caused by couriers or external factors are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
All Twissk products are non-returnable and non-refundable except for:
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defects
